I think in the end he will try to still convince Walt to give it all up and turn himself in as an informant whereby he will remain innocent in the eyes of his kids but be secretly under police watch 24/7. Walt, the egomaniac he is, will not only end up killing Hank under pressure (knowing that Hank is the only cop that knows about him), but will Ironically do so right at a time when his family would find him doing it - giving this series a tragic end. What would be even more tragic is that afterwards, in order to avoid being a helpless prisoner, he kills himself in front of his kids.

Too depressing?
I hope Walt kills Hank and then bangs Marie. Marie loves the rush of being bad (recall her shoplifitng), and if she somehow finds out about Walt's alter ego, I could see the character going for it.
