Toronto has no chance, there isn't anywhere within 500 miles where the alpine events could be held. Even Edmonton I'd say probably has no chance, the closest place to hold alpine events would be Jasper, which is a 4 hour drive with good traffic, with Olympic traffic it would likely be 6 each way - not very feasible IMO.
