He's a total liability defensively, so he can't make it up there. He's too soft for the bottom 6, extremely streaky for the top 6.

Gagner has one dimension to his game, and it's really not that good.

That's probably why they didn't sign him long term. Not sold on who he is even after having him for 6 seasons.
