I looked into this, and the only source I could find (everything tracked back to a single article) was an article on "Black America Web" by an alleged family member. Doesn't seem like the best of sources seeing as it started originating about 4-5 days ago. We'll see what comes of it. If it's true, yeah, Zimmerman's assassinated his own character.
Doesn't change my opinion about the verdict on the Martin/Zimmerman case, though.
