Anyone equating re-signing Butler to tanking needs to give their head a shake, Butler slotting in on the 3rd pairing is going to be insignificant.
The major reasons this team likely won't finish well:
- Highest profile scorer is Cammalleri
- Best center is either Stajan or Backlund
- Starting goalie is Ramo/Berra
- Top 4 D are Giordano/Wideman/Brodie/SOB
This team has major flaws, I get that hating Butler is popular these days, but its getting old. Might as well hate on Blair Jones for not being a better 4th liner
