On the flip side, if he's not ready and its obvious at training camp, he'll go back to the 67s... simple as that. Management won't rush him if he's not ready, no matter how much they want him as the face of the rebuild

I agree there is no way he is rushed if he looks way out of place. I do think after the pre-season and 9 games if management is kind of 50-50 on what they think is best I do think he will get the benefit of the doubt and stay.
The Flames will develop players the way they feel is right but I am sure they would love to allow the fans at the dome to watch the highest profile prospect this team has had since Dion.
