yes, in order to be AHL eligible for the season, CHL prospects have to turn 20
before December 31. Therefore, Kulak and Sieloff have to go back to junior (unless they sign an ELC and stay with the Flames), but Culkin could play in Abbotsford. Similar to Sven last season.
