What sort of off ice sessions would be run at a camp like this and how many? I am wondering about fitness, on and off ice intelligence, or individual one on one sessions? How much recovery time do they give this level of elite athlete?

Thank you again to those giving up their personal time to attend and then share your observations and thoughts with the rest of us.
My Guess would be testing on Thursday, Practice and Big Lift Friday, Scrimmage and core/mobility work on Saturday, Practice and Lift on Sunday, Scrimmage and mobility/core work on Monday and Friday Light Skills and light lift. I would also imagine a lot of the off ice sessions will be about education and showing the young guys what they need to do to get stronger and for the older guys a check up to see how they are doing with their individual trainers. As for recovery it will depend on what the are doing and the intensity but the general rule of thumb is 24-48 hours of rest between lifting or a muscle group and do intense conditioning one day and lighter the next.
