Wow, from what I'm reading here and seeing online, the future team make-up or character sounds really exciting. In 4 years time the Flames are going to be a mix of sleeper European picks (Sven, Granlund, Horak, Backlund if still here), big leadership type CHL guys (Monahan, Wotherspoon, Kanzig), and a heavy serving of the cream of the NCAA (Agostino, Gaudreau, Knight, Hanowski). The 'Schultz' factor concerning our college prospects should be tempered by the fact that the Flames have recruited an allstar team of these Americans and I would anticipate they would be looking forward to playing together to show the world their collective skill. Add Sieloff, Ramage, Breen and Reinhart and this is a pool of guys that look like they could be competitive with the futures best.
