Nah. Horvat and Shinkurak are good prospects, but they aren't franchise prospects like a Crosby or Stamkos or even Tavares or Hall. Most team's top picks look promising at the time they were drafted. At the end of the day, it's about the prospects reaching their potential and the team getting value for them.
