Have there been many foot race drills? I would love to see these guys go head to head to skate a lap of the ice just to compare their speeds. I know its a cheesey "All-star game" kind of event but I could see a race between Agostino and Poirier being pretty exciting.

No foot race drills. That would be fun though. Lots of skating technique drills, hopping from one foot to the next, side stepping footwork stuff. Some puck handling drills. Then 2 on 1 odd man rush sorts of plays and 3 on 2 zone work.
