Not sure why you are so worked up about some difference of opinions on a middle of the road player. I would expect that with almost anybody with the skillset of Perron that some will like him better than others. I am not going to say I am wrong because you don't agree with my view of a player.
You're not going to say you're wrong because you never have and you never will....moving on.

Perron isn't middle of the road at all. He had injuries derail the 2 seasons prior to last, but before that he was on the verge of breaking out and becoming a dominant player. He reminds me of a slightly smaller Corey Perry with only a slightly less lethal shot. He could be at that level if he's fully recovered from his injuries. That's the only question mark IMO. The talent has always been there.

And he's very solid defensively, the plus minus is just an indicator of his consistency over the years, nothing more.
