I typically use more hot water for washing dishes than showering. However if you are camping somewhere that has full hookups you can take a normal shower as long as you set the tank to use both propane and electric.

But even when dry camping for several days I find a quick shower refreshing. Yes, you soak yourself, shut off the water while you soap yourself, then rinse. Last camping trip was only 2 nights, but my wife did have a quick shower at one point. It is somewhat handy to have.
