The entire arctic enclosure was inadequate. I remember the seals they used to have in there (right beside that big plaque of coins and bits of metal they've removed from seals they caught) and all they had was a roundish type enclosure to swim laps in over and over again. Terrible.
That zoo has come along ways over the years.
