Once again, no country in their right mind would legalize a drug like Crystal Meth. Legalizing personal possession is one thing. But you still have to crack down on the suppliers. The societal affects of having a drug like Crystal Meth readily available would be absolutely devastating.

Secondly, even if you did legalize cocaine, how are you going to stop the black market for it? It comes from South America. You cannot produce it locally. There will always be crime involved in the production and distribution side.
