Someone there called that police brutality?
I'm not even sure he was that excessive in the pull he gave her arm. She was pretty wobbly to begin with, and it looks like she just ragdoll'd it when he pulled on her arm to put her into the arrest position. I feel badly for the cop - no telling what she may have transmitted with those loogies.
