Two Gold medals really (04 and 06), although he did play a lesser part on the 2006 team. Don't get me wrong if it were up to me Forsberg would get in during his first year of eligibility. I was a huge Forsberg fan during his day, and you'd be hard pressed to name a better player for a period of time an the turn of the Millennium. But who knows what Pat Qunn and his band of cronies are thinking. It's become more of a political process now, where if you have ties to voters you have a lot higher chance of getting in (Mats Sundin anyone). So while there is a great chance Forsberg does get in, I wouldn't put it past the voting committee to make him wait a year or two.
