Very successful equipment drive today. 150+ pairs of skates and all sorts of other equipment donated. I imagine hockey is the last thing a lot of High River residents are thinking about now, but when the time comes and hockey is about to start it will be one less burden they will have to worry about.

We are only one of many hockey associations in Calgary. Hopefully others follow suit and do similar. I know Crowfoot is doing something similar next month.
