Passport Canada has done a lot in recent years to completely change their customer service model. Very successful - my last passport experience (Harry Hays) was quick and seamless. The one prior to that 5 years before (around 2006) was the worst customer experience I had ever had.

Now, why can't the Federal Government follow their lead and fix Service Canada and other citizen-facing services?
