Cynical or realistic? It's sad but true! Don't know if you've seen doctors from a friends perspective or a patients perspective. Either way, you are likely seeing their public facade and not what I see everyday behind the scenes. It may be an exageration to say ALL doctors fit my characterization, but it is not a stretch to say that the majority do.
