Yeah, I hate the waiting times at Una. I've learned to bring something to do while sitting at their bar.
I find if you order the typical pizzas you can get anywhere else like ones topped with pepperoni, bacon, green peppers, etc. that it is pretty good, but where they shine is in making unusual pizzas like the ones you listed.
