Not surprising at all, the only surprise is that they waited this long to pull the plug. They thought 2 days when they weren't going to be ready for week one that an extra 5 days would make a difference?

I imagine that were hoping they could get the dome to a place where they could have temporary chairs setup in the bottom rows, have at least the bathrooms working. Concerts use their own power distribution anyway, so they could just plug that into a generator.

Apparently, it was just too much work.
