Yeah it's not pretty that's for sure. There's no inspector that would allow for a splice to be made on a feeder, plus I don't want to be the poor SOB who would have to splice 4 3/0 wires together either way haha. You can tell they're already going through every JB, in the pic of the cable tray there's a box above it with a red wire sticking out. There does look to be potential for them to have it ready for puck drop depending on the size of the crew out there.
