I'm really noticing a corrilation with the kind of picks we are choosing- they seem to be guys that are the heart and soul of their respective teams and are great leaders. Calgary should look really promising in the next 4-5 years. Monahan is a leader, Poirier is a leader, Sieloff, Ramage, Knight, Jankowski when we drafted him out of HS- interesting.
