Teaching children about swearing and not shielding them from it does not make it appropriate for an adult to drop F bombs in that venue. It has nothing to do with kids knowing that the words exist, it's more about personal conduct.
Apart from the cursing, I really appreciated the passion Crawford displayed as I feel NHL players as a whole are no where near as interesting as they once were due to PR people suppressing individual personalities.
