Sure, but the cap is only going to go up from here on out. This next season is simply a stipulation built-in to the CBA, afterwards, it will follow HRR, as always.
It just feels too
easy for them to give up on Seguin when there are other routes they could take. I can't be the only one who feels this way. Or maybe I'm just in uber conspiracy mode and refuse to admit it.
