I'm not suggesting never picking up someone not drafted by our team, obviously.
Right now we are starting from pretty much ground zero and should be acquiring as many assets that will spend as long as possible with our team. If we were somewhere else on the development curve, trading for those players would be a good idea.
Edmonton is honestly in the place that they should try trading their 7th for players like you listed as they should/need to start winning soon.
