Okay, even if you don't like Feaster and would replace him with someone else, which of his moves have been bad?

The returns for Iginla, Bouwmeester, and Comeau were fairly good all things considered. We received slightly less for Iginla than the Thrashers got for Marian Hossa in his prime. Prior to this season, we would've been lucky to get a 3rd round pick for Bouwmeester. He built enough value for us to cash in.

Getting Knight for a 4th was an awesome trade. He'll be our 3rd line center likely this season. That's great.

Getting rid of a problem player in Alex Tanguay and receiving somewhat similar players for him and Sarich is good as well. It's a slightly worse return than even, but getting rid of a headache makes up for that.

Add on that the players we've drafted since he's become GM have all looked good in their development since their selection is good.

I don't see what there is to complain about other than the fact that he's Jay Feaster. The team is not good. It cannot be fixed with band aid solutions. It's one of those situations where you pretty much have to start over. The Flames are almost in the same category as a 2nd year expansion team (we have slightly more talent in the prospect pool than that but not much). It takes time to build things up from there.
