I don't know about this bridge, but during the flood on Friday I noticed a train stretched across the bridge into Inglewood full of tank cars. It looked like they were leaving it there on purpose to add some extra support for the bridge although it is possible that they just didn't have room to pull it forward or time to decouple it.
