What I remember of Tkaczuk is that as a fan he looked ready to me, but Brian Sutter wasn't so easily swayed. He treated him like Brent treated rookies, my way or the highway and don't screw up. I liked some aspects of Brian's coaching but Hartley seems to be a bit more forgiving.
