I'm not a Harper fan in the slightest but really? Calgary is home for him
(as in he owns a private residence in Calgary) and his family, and his mother lives here. He was an MP for Calgary SW. He went to the U of C.
He might only be there for the optics but to suggest he has no attachment or interest in the city is slightly ludicrous.
