My best advice is to buy them in the US. you can bring back 50 per person duty free. Buy from this website
http://www.cigarauctioneer.com/ They do ship to Canada, but you pay duty and shipping, they will put a price together then you can accept or decline it. If you are going to the US just have your order shipped to the nearest UPS store, there is minimal shipping fee and no duty.
Probably doesn't help out the OP in this case but may help the rest of you. Also of course there are no Cubans, but lots of good Dominicans and Nicaraguans. Love the samplers.
