Your argument, as presented, is silly. It would make a lot more sense to argue that the flooding is worse, and the time frame is shorter, therefore Calgary is less likely to be able to repair in time.

I guess I made the assumption that Nashvilles damage wasn't as severe and they had longer to repair it. I'm building on that very argument. What I'm saying is that the Flames likely wont have more resources than Nashville to repair more damage in less time. Period. Anything else that you've presumed me to say is irrelevant. It's not a personal slight to us as Calgarians. You can only throw so much money at a building issue. You can only fit in so many people to do cleanup and have so many workers at any given point rebuilding. What I was saying is I really doubt a major entertainment hub like Nashville didn't go above and beyond do everything they could to repair their arena. As I'm sure we will.
