If that relatively small amount of water took that long to recover from, it's hard to believe they can get the Saddledome in game shape for September/October.

But 1 foot or 20 feet you probably have similar damage. All of your walls and flooring need to be redone anyways. Ice plant and electronics are probably similarly damaged. I see the only real difference is having to replace 5000 seats.
