The man power will be the biggest issue absolutely. Looks like the capital of Newfoundland will change from Fort Mac to Calgary :P. There's so many variables to consider when it comes to the devices and switch gear that speculation would be difficult. What enclosure designations are they? Was the construction done to be in line with category 1 locations? I haven't seen the MDP or any subsequent panel rooms. Who knows, maybe Enmax cut power to the dome before any serious arcing occurred and the main gear can be salvaged.
