I disagree..you both sound like you have a magic wand that throws money to fix things. Throw as much money as you want at it, you won't speed it up much. I'm a commercial construction electrician, and I also have spent a great deal of time in the event level of the dome. If you knew anything about the installation of electrical equipment, and of the Canadian electrical code, you would understand what I've been trying to say.
Back to the magic wand...wasn't a new arena in the works anyway? After the damage is assessed, do you think that a multi-million dollar band-aid will be applied, only to be replaced by a new building soon? If they decide to fix the damage, it will be a major renovation and the team will stay in the facility long-term.
