Screw the saddledome and the stampede. The media and too many people are focusing on that instead of the tens of thousands of people directly effected by the flood.

I could also argue that since there weren't a large number of casualties that this flood is not a travesty.
Look at what happened in India yesterday. 600 dead while we just lost our homes.
