you're dreaming..the switchgear and central distribution panel at the service entry are down there. In addition, generators and transformers are submerged. All of these components, in addition to the hundreds of outlets and lighting fixtures will need replaced. Massive undertaking... you will be lucky to see it open in time for the 2014/15 season
