The tricky part will be material that we or others run low on and have to re-purchase now, I have a bad feeling our replacement costs may be up from the suppliers (but this scenario happens every year regardless of situations like the one we are currently in, you try to buy your summer supply with the special deals in January/February).
I am seriously reconsidering what material to use in my basement development now, thinking doing a polished concrete will save us a bit of headache should our basement flood like this again. One less thing to replace.

EDIT: On a more serious note, I don't want to imply that you will be gouging consumers, good on you if you are able to hold prices. I am sure the whole construction industry will be mayhem for a while.
