If you go up these stairs, you go to the small concourse area from which you access the green and orange sections behind the Flames' net. That's where that row of windows is between the red towers.
The concrete strip above the loading docks is the main concourse level, and the Club concourse is somewhere below that. From that photo, it's hard to judge how close the water is to the Club concourse, but it's nowhere close to the main concourse. |
Yup -- that's what I was referring to. I can't recall if these are on both sides of the rink, but I'm assuming they are.
