Ice level (+dressing rooms, equipment rooms/storage, zamboni, media areas, team gym, etc.,) is the same as where wheels of the white truck in the "normal" photo is. The concrete ring-type walkway above the truck is the concourse level, which is about Row 5 of the second bowl. All of the Flames staff offices, coach offices, luxury suites, Duttons, etc., are between about the truck's roof level.
