The NHL site says "Francis tweeted Friday morning that flood waters had submerged the first 10 rows of seats in the arena, which is the home of the Calgary Flames. The arena's dressing rooms also suffered extensive damage and the Jumbotron and other equipment resting on the arena floor were ruined, Francis tweeted."
