I was one of many flood porn tourists who took a stroll through downtown this morning. It was eerie. Almost like a hurricane evacuation. People streaming north on Centre; 40 cars out for every 1 coming in. No power anywhere, except from generators powering various fire alarms. The cops and fire crews were pretty good about it, so long as people respected barricades and didn't get in the way. Though I was one of a bunch of people chased off the train bridge over MacLeod.
