the Superdome in New Orleans took 2 years to fix (had extenuating circumstances) but for all purposes it was just a building with a floor
Saddledome is much different, I can't imagine the Flames not playing in Calgary next year but who knows, would be a shame
it may be viewed as untenable and in that case the new Arena is probably built and the Flames play off site for a few seasons
