There is so much at ice level in the Dome that's essential to operating the building that would be just destroyed. Jumbotron control, dressing rooms, equipment rooms, kitchens, generators, concessions warehouse, FanAttic warehouse, zambonis, the ice plant and on and on and on. It certainly won't be a quick fix.
