I'm actually surprised that people are even allowed in that area behind the dam. It's been blocked off from vehicle access for quite a long time and the hike in to where those people are is a fair distance. Crazy amount of water spilling over the top and it looks like they've raised the batter boards.
EDIT: NVM - that horizontal structure is above the batter boards so the flow is going over them obviously.
