I think they're all above their controller limits, so the spillways are just taking the excess, but should be fine structually.
The last one that might impact us is if the Bearspaw dam (Bow) has to increase their flow, we'll get a final spike in volumes thru the city.

^Dams can only control up to their top (duh), anything above that goes over the spillway. They'll be in constant communication with authorities on their levels and when the top will be reached. They'll also notify as volumes are increased prior to hitting the max capacity. (ie if they open from 50% to 100% in hopes of lowering resevoir levels ahead of a surge)
