Food & diet is really hard to change.

I have the opposite problem. I can't gain weight, been made fun of my whole life for it. A few months ago I started Doug some basic workouts to try and build some muscle. About a week ago I started adding weight gain protien into my diet.

I'm stronger than I ever was (still a wimp mind you) my body is in decent shape, but I'm still skinny and my weight is in the same range it's always been.

I'm not trying to say that I have it worse or just as bad as someone with obesity. I don't think that, but I can understand, at least on some level, the frustrations with weight and changing your diet.

I agree with making obesity a medical condition, perhaps more avenues and options will open up to the average joe who is battling with their body.
