The exit from NB Deerfoot to WB Glenmore is the one that closes all the time (Near the Mercedes Dealership and the Sears Whole Home Store). You can still get to EB Glenmore.

Im thinking of the ramp on heritage dr se that goes right under the glenmore. Frequently floods, even when the rainfall is moderate. Not sure if that is the ramp in question here
