My office looks out over the Centre Street bridge. When I got in at 7 this morning, the water was lapping up on the pathway on the north bank under the bridge, looked to be a few inches of water. The handrail along the bank was fully visible.
As of right now, the top of the handrail is totally underwater at the lowest point, and most of the rail in under for at least 20 feet on either side. I feel pretty confident stating the Bow is up at least 4 feet since yesterday.
